Policies and FAQ


All items are made individually and by hand. Due to this, please understand that while we will do our very best to achieve uniformity, items may differ slightly from one another or mockup. Please follow care instructions as most of our items are not dishwasher safe and should be turned inside out when washing.

Care Instructions: 

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders can take a minimum of 5-10 business days ( M-F until 5pm est) unless otherwise specified by owner. Orders with customization must be paid in advance following approval of given mockup. Please ensure proper spelling and accuracy of design on mockup. Customs are not eligible for refund.  

Shipping to USA only at this time. We hope to branch out in the future. Due to custom work please account for up to 5 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Returns may be mailed back for a refund within 30 days of receipt with the product in proper condition. The following items cannot be returned: Clearance/Sale items, Custom or Personalized Items, and any item that would compromise hygiene (chapstick, undergarments, etc). The cost of pre-paid return shipping is $10 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund.

Bullyprint is not responsible for items that may be lost or stolen. 



  •  I like an item on your page but want to add or change something, is that possible?  Yes, most times items can be adjusted to fit your vision. Contact us here or at Bullyprintcustoms@gmail.com.
  •  I am located near you, can we meet instead if shipping? Yes, if you are within 25 miles of Etters, PA typically I am able to meet locally. 
  • I'm interested in an item I don't see on your page, can you make it? Probably! We are constantly adding new items- contact us with your idea!
  • I would like a large amount of an item, do you do discounts?  Yes, we offer bulk pricing on certain items with certain minimums. Send us an email!
